1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Decliperra’s electronic signature platform at decliperra.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services

Decliperra provides an online solution for creating, sending, and managing legally binding electronic signatures. Our core services include document preparation, secure signature capture, audit trail generation, and integration with third-party applications.

3. Information Products

Decliperra offers digital resources such as signature templates, compliance guides, and training materials designed to help users implement electronic signature workflows. These products are delivered in digital format and accessible immediately upon purchase.

4. Goods

From time to time, Decliperra may offer physical items such as USB security tokens or branded materials. All deliveries are fulfilled by third-party carriers in accordance with shipping preferences selected at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service or receive credit toward a future service if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved requests will be applied as a credit on your Decliperra account and can be used within 6 months. If a service has been fully delivered, no credit or reimbursement will be issued due to resource commitment and customization efforts.

Credits or reimbursements for approved requests will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5.2 Information Products

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no digital materials have been downloaded or accessed. Once any file is accessed or downloaded, all sales become final. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective. Upon receipt and inspection, Decliperra will issue a replacement item or credit to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Customized consulting services, including bespoke integration work and dedicated onboarding sessions, are non-refundable due to the specialized time and resources allocated to each project. This ensures consistent quality and expert support for all clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Decliperra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the immediately preceding 3 months of service.
